MANUFACTURING

"From Vision to Reality"

In the year 1980, the dream of our esteemed elders came to fruition with the establishment of Kriplon Textiles on a purchased parcel of land in Tarapur. Our unwavering vision to manufacture our own fabrics and retain control over pricing and quality has been the driving force behind our success, even during the trading days under Ramdev Synthetics. Our manufacturing capabilities have bestowed upon us a competitive edge and a dominant position in the market, with our shirt fabrics gaining national and international recognition. Our plant is equipped with cutting-edge technologies sourced from renowned countries like Germany, China, and Austria, and is supported by an indefatigable research and development team committed to creating bespoke products. Our printing machines utilize state-of-the-art technologies from Austria and India to achieve the desired outcomes like:

The plant in Tarapur runs at an annual capacity of 30 million meters and have mastered the fabric finishing as follows

  • Water repellent finish
  • Crease free finish
  • Anti-bacterial finish
  • Bio finish
  • Stretch finish

In order to ensure both safety and quality, we process all of our fabrics using eco-friendly chemicals and employ rigorous treatments and quality checks to dispose of sewage. Additionally, we strive to minimize wastage by reusing 30% of the waste water.
